During the fourth subscription window of Canatu Plc\u2019s (the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d) investor warrants between 1 October 2025 and 31 December 2025, a total of 322 new series A shares in the Company have been subscribed for with the investor warrants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The aggregate subscription price of EUR 3,703.00 paid for the subscriptions made with the investor warrants will be entered in its entirety into the Company\u2019s reserve for invested unrestricted equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of the Company\u2019s series A shares is in total 33,724,138, the number of series B shares is in total 1,050,000 and the number of series C shares is in total 0. The total number of the Company\u2019s shares and votes after the share subscriptions is 34,774,138.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The new series A shares subscribed for with the investor warrants have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today, 18 February 2026. The new series A shares confer shareholder rights on their holders from the date of the registration. The new series A shares will be admitted to public trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy together with the pre-existing series A shares on or about 19 February 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The share subscription period for the investor warrants begun on 17 October 2024 and will end on 17 October 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
